Effective date: 10/01/2026

Seasurf Fish Co ("Seasurf," "we," "us") operates seasurffishco.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit the Site, order online, join our email list, or contact us, and how we use and share it.

This policy covers the Site and related online services that link to it. It does not cover information collected in person at our restaurants, or third-party websites and apps we link to, which have their own privacy policies.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you contact us, inquire about franchising, enter a promotion, or sign up for news, we collect what you provide: typically your name, email address, phone number, city, and your message.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers collect your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the time of your visit, and the site you came from, using cookies and similar technologies. See Cookies and advertising below.

Location. On our store finder page we ask whether you want to share your location so we can show the nearest restaurants first. If you tap Use my location, your browser asks for permission and, if you allow it, shares your position with our store locator provider to center the map. We do not store your location, and we do not use it for anything else. If you tap No thanks or deny the browser prompt, no location is requested and you can search by city or zip code instead.

How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • Process, prepare and confirm your orders, and contact you about them

  • Respond to questions, feedback, and catering or event requests

  • Send promotional emails or texts, only if you sign up (you can opt out anytime)

  • Understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it

  • Prevent fraud, protect the security of the Site, and comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

How we share information

We share personal information only with the categories of third parties below, and only as needed for the purposes described in this policy:

  • Service providers that help us run the business, such as our online ordering platform [name, e.g. ToGoOrder], payment processor, website host, email marketing service [Socialier Marketing]

  • Delivery partners [e.g. DoorDash, Uber Eats], if you order delivery through them, which handle your information under their own privacy policies

  • Legal and safety recipients, such as law enforcement or regulators, when required by law or to protect our rights, customers or staff

  • A buyer or successor if Seasurf Fish Co or one of its locations is sold, merged or reorganized

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.

Cookies, tracking and Do Not Track

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep it working, remember your preferences, and measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features, such as online ordering, may not work properly without them.

Third-party tracking. Third parties, including [Google Analytics] and [Meta/Facebook Pixel], may collect information about your online activities on the Site and across other websites over time. These third parties use the information under their own privacy policies. You can opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Do Not Track. Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. The Site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals, and third parties on the Site may continue to collect information as described above. [If you do honor these signals or Global Privacy Control, replace this paragraph with how you respond.]
